HANDOVER DOCUMENTS including O&Ms

The conventional approach to handover documentation means that there is rarely enough time to capture them and even less time to check and verify thousands of paper files.
A full set of available and  relevant documentation is rare on so many existing buildings.

When implemented from day-one of the contract these valuable / mandatory documents are substantially complete before Practical Completion (PC).
All that needs to be added is as-built drawings and commissioning and handover certificates.

By ensuring that all Installation, Operation and Maintenance (IOM) manuals are received early in the procurement process they can be used by the construction team for reference throughout the project.

These can be progressively checked and accepted during the course of the project operating completely remotely.
